| The Sega Girls School in Tanzania: Something to Smile About |
In 2010 Forgirlsake, raised over $9,000 to provide the Sega School for Girls in Tanzania
with a solar-powered computer lab and internet service, critical for a quality education.
Warren Zelman, a Canadian photographer, visited the Sega School, and what he found was,
well, something to smile about.
Forgirlsake and Nurturing Minds, a U.S. based non-profit that supports the Sega School, teamed
up once again in December 2011 to share Warren's inspiring images with the Newton Community.
We thank those who joined us at the New Art Center and made the event a big success. To view
or purchase prints shown at the exhibit please visit our donate page.
